RecommendedI called them to bring in my papillion as he was having problems at 14. I was very worried as he got sick very fast. I hadn't been there in a few years as I was getting his shots at tractor store. I was economizing after a divorce, I have 5 dogs. they told me they couldn't give me an appointment for 3 months. even though I have been a client for at least 25 years. I would NEVER recommend Burrstone Animal Hospital to anyone. The girl working at the reception desk (Nadia) should not have that position very cold absolutely no empathy, rude the list goes on. Do yourself a favor and go to Waterville the amazing receptionist there was welcoming, warm, cared and got my sick dog in for an emergency visit within an hour. Do better Burrstone!
I'd like to thank Dr.ElBayadi and all the staff for the care and compassion they showed my little guy Snickers when I had to put him to sleep last week..much appreciated.Dee Lacelle
I’ve been a customer of BAH for many years (20+) and am very satisfied with the care given to my pets. They are knowledgable, empathetic, and always friendly ... even through tough times. I’d never recommend another facility!
I have been taking my pets to Burrstone Animal Hospital for 25+ years and been very happy with the care. The employees are professional and pleasant. I never feel that my pet is just a number. I do appreciate that if I must bring in my pet for an injury or illness , I have been able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Most times, it has been the same day. Would not consider having my pets treated anywhere else.
Been Trying to call. Left messages. No response. I have to put my dog down. They are the only ones with her record. No other ever will do it.
MY Mina is a lot happier now with nails trimmed
Amazing staff! Always so great with my anxious dog! Absolutely great facility!
