WORST SERVICE EVER! – We delt with Claire. Not only was she empty headed and not helpful, but seemed to just want the house to fund. Didn't care if the work was done by a licensed individual. Definately did NOT go out of her way to help us sign Documents. We have sold and purchased several houses over the years and would NEVER work with this escrow company again!
Poor customer serviee, slow to respond to anything. – Burrow Escrow Services gives poor service. Not my first time using escrow services and this company is the worst, I was stuck with them because the other party chose them. They don't like to answer the phone, voicemail says not to leave message but email instead. Send them emails and they don't respond or respond in a very untimely manner.
