RecommendedNeeded a new battery for the grandkids’ bike. It was delivered within 24 hours! We’ve had this bike for almost three years, and every contact I’ve had with them has been exceptionally satisfying. Their customer service is first rate.

I got the tt350r for my 5 year old and he's in love with it! The battery last forever! My kid is only 51 lbs, but we've done 10+ mile rides on relatively flat pavement with some hills, and still had 65% battery left. It charges really fast at 3.5 hours from a dead battery. The fast setting is quick! unfortunately the body plastic was broken when I received it in the mail, but customer service was absolutely amazing! I did my research before deciding on buying my son the 350. This bike is amazing! Much faster and outlasts any of the razor mini bikes his friends have. The paint on the back of the bike arrived chipped and was quickly replaced. Amazing customer service!
We bought our son one at the dome Thursday for Christmas. He really loved it. Great gift. But unfortunately someone stole it Saturday night. When everyone was loading there trailers.
