We love our bike! We ride it every day! It is so fun. Burromax is amazing! Their customer service was awesome. They always sent an email right back. If you don't have a mini bike yet, you need one.
Great Bike. My kids love it. I had it for a while before we figured out about the switch by the battery that makes it faster. I just bought the 500 motor to install on the 250tt.
I can not say enough good things about this company. They truly stand behind their product. Before you buy a “big box” store electric dirt bike for you child. Please consider these guys! The customer service alone is spectacular! My son absolutely loves his bike. The headlight is so bright. The boy down the block had to duct tape a flashlight to his “other brand” bike to have a headlight. The working brake light!!!! These bikes are top notch. Thank you to the guys at Burromax! You guys rock!

We looked long and hard for an electric bike for my son, he’s 7. He has the Motorsport natural ability and has driven go carts. I looked long and hard and cheap big box stores and then ran across awesome reviews of Burromax. Got my buddies in e neighborhood to buy with me so we logged on and ordered three at the same time. Kids LOVE them. We bought the 250 it’s great and quick when you turn it to fast. If I did it over I would have just bought the 350 bike, lights and lithium batteries standard on the 350 not the 250. Just received the bike on Friday afternoon, had a quick question and emailed the service department on Saturday night. Had a response by 7am Sunday morning. Kids love the bike! Fantastic CS, way better than the cheap competition. Strongly recommend!
So far since I’ve had the tt250 it’s been all fun. Bought the 200$ upgraded batteries and got them very quick in the mail. But very disappointed in the waiting time on my 500w motor. It’s been about 12 days since I ordered it. Also was looking at plastics for it and there all out of stock/ the green one
