Little disappointed in the experience that I had so far . Purchased a Dodge Ram last year, always shook at an idol. Knew something was not right. Because I had 2 other trucks previous with the same motor they told me all it's supposed to do that. It's fine well just recently. My truck kept losing power on and off and was starting to shake on start up only have 58000 Miles on it. I bought it at 41. Started taking the coils off and found. Not a great experience. Sales does no negotiating on a vehicle that's been sitting on the lot 5 months and they even admit is not sought after or wanted by most customers. Offered bottom dollar for trade in, lower than low nada value and lower than the bottom of KBB value. Zero negotiating, here's our offer we want full price for a vehicle that has flat spotted tires it's been sitting so long and we will give you pennies on trade.
