I had a great car buying experience. Torin O'Leary was a knowledgeable and professional salesman and he made us feel so welcomed. He selected a few cars to check out in my price range, and I'm extremely pleased with my vehicle.
Multi point inspection was not completed, even though specifically requested and confirmed it was included in the service. Fluids were not topped off, tire pressure was not adjusted/corrected. It makes me wonder if the oil, filter and lube was even done. This is the third time this has happened. It is annoying and inconvenient to have to return again when it all should have been done the first time. And if I don't have time to get back, I have to do myself what I just paid to have done!!!
