Hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The older gentleman working there was incredibly rude and grumpy from the moment I walked in — no greeting, dismissive attitude, and spoke to me in a way that was completely disrespectful. There was zero effort to make customers feel welcome. I would strongly caution anyone from visiting this establishment. Rude on the phone. Provided my name, asked how he was doing and the guy refused to give me his name.
Called in regards to a reservation for U-Haul. Think the guy that I talked to was having a bad day...not real good customer customer service. Ended up using a competitor for my U-Haul rentals.
Great service
They were there to help me on a whim. Very accommodating and great customer service. Will use them again!
