The front desk workers are nice.... However the entire "care" system they charge you hundreds of dollars for is information you can find on Google. It takes 30 days minimum to see a therapist. If you and that therapist do not click, you have to wait another two weeks. One of the psychiatrists I saw completely disregarded my mental health plan and often cut our appointments off at less than twenty minutes for no particular reason. She refused to do a full mental health evaluation, as did another psychiatrist. She told me two ... read more

Inconsistent and unpredictable. They put money over safety and wellness. My daughter needed help and did not find it.
