I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough! She is friendly, incredibly knowledgable, and went above and beyond to rearrange her schedule to meet with us when we needed it most. Her advice is practical, actionable, and made an immediate difference for our family. She is a fantastic lactation consultant!
Upon returning home from the hospital, I was able to get an appointment with a lactation consultant within a week. I worked directly with Nicole San Agustin through Burping Babies. Andrea is an amazing LC. She clearly communicated and set expectations of our visits. She was prompt in her timing, respectful of my house (so clean!) and she was very careful to be hygienic around my newborn. She clearly explained things to me and my mom, she demonstrated the proper way to latch and feed my baby - allowing me to video tape so I could easily reference once she left (this was very helpful!). Andrea was extremely helpful and I was able to get a consultation FAST. I was a little nervous booking for a lactation consultant but she made me feel comfortable and really helped me. I would highly recommend anyone who’s needs a lactation consultant to consider Andrea.
