About this business

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to visit an ancient monastery and have drinks served to you by friars while listening to Gregorian chants? Well, this East Village theme bar comes pretty close to achieving that goal. Waiters dressed as monks serve excellent brews to an appreciative crowd. In all, there are over 250 kinds of beer available, including a large selection of Belgian brands.

A very quiet bar where you can actually have a conversation. The bartender hushes the room when the noise level begins to increase. Shuusshhh!
