Arbor Glen Staff happily took my full installment + deposit just to try move me into an undeveloped unit (even tried to make me sign a waiver letting them incomplete it, but thank god I can read english) then proceeded to lose a bunch of my mail after enough complaining to make them move me to a functioning unit. Burnt Tree which is managed by Arbor Glen staff have 0 interest in doing right by their tenants but but will be more than happy to rip you off.
I cannot thank Jaren enough for all of his help! He helped me through the process of applying to my first apartment and was there every step of the way to help minimize my numerous freak outs. I had never rented previously and therefore did not have a rental ledger I could provide in my application but Jaren was kind enough to walk me through what to do to make sure my application was complete. Predatory practices. Charged my daughter and her roommate $100 fee to apply without disclosing that they must have a renter’s history in order to qualify. No option for co-signer. Despite good credit scores and stable job histories they were automatically denied for “living with family.” Apparently you can’t live with family at 18 and must have rentals before you’re even legally allowed to sign a contract in order to get approved here. Burnt Tree apartments has been a great place to live! I moved here in August and have no complaints. Maintenance orders are promptly filled and the office staff are very helpful with any questions I have. And the location around restaurants and quick access to highway 127 is unbeatable.
