I feel that the insurance agency isn’t bad but with Allstate altogether I feel that if you’ve been with a company for multiple years and pay six months in advance every single time there should be more discounts in your insurance should be a lot cheaper, but instead, you only get a discount for paying six months in advance even though there’s no accidents there’s no tickets there’s no poor driving history. Jillian was amazing with me in the process of changing my insurance from another provider. She was incredibly patient with all my questions and thoroughly explained everything to me that I needed to know, and was very kind and charming through the entire process. She went out of her way to Follow through on future planned phone calls, and was very prompt with those. I would highly recommend Jillian to any of my friends or family. I am looking forward to a long-term business relationship with Allstate.

I recently changed my insurance coverage to Allstate they offered me a better rate more coverage than I had with my current carrier and it will save me money thanks to the agent who assisted me (Gillian Milton) she did an awesome job.

I can’t say enough good things about this insurance agency! From start to finish, the level of professionalism was top-notch.
