I was very pleased with customer service
1 star is an overstatement. When I 1st showed interest in the vehicle, I thought it was definitely the car I was going to purchase. I was contacted immediately and urged to schedule an appointment with the dealership. I expressed that I live over an hour away. So the appointment was scheduled for May 8th at 12p.m. I was contacted the morning of via text and communicated back and forth on our status. They replied very quickly and called to see if I had any other questions. If they weren't three hours away I would've been there instantly. The customer service rep was very nice and helpful.

I didn’t buy a car from this dealer but they were very responsive and consistently reached out to meet my needs.
I felt mistreated in this dealership. On a Monday I made an appointment for Wednesday to see a specific automobile. They sold the vehicle on Tuesday, the next day without notifying me as a first right of refusal. Essentially by this action they were saying, "Tough luck.". This is a cut-throat business.
We called and texted back and forth. It was close to a 2 hr trip for me Togo down, so I tried to negotiate a price, told they were having huge sales. Could not agree on price so I moved on
