clear communication
Most dealerships are hard sell to get you to buy, when I decided to pass on this car we discussed exactly what I was looking for and were happy to try to find it for me. None of the tactics usually deployed. Yes, they want to sell me a car, but they want to sell me one that I will be happy with.

Have a great experience
Stereo typical sales person. Never seemed sincere. Constantly dismissed my concerns by asking me to do something then walking away. When returning, only asking if I had completed his task. There was so much more. However, I do not wish to continue. Needless to say…I will not return. I have had similar incidents in the service dept. I walked out even though the deal was just about closed! The car above was horrendous. It came from Brooklyn. The engine bay had a lot of surface rust. BUYERS BEWARE!!
A lot of miss communication between the phone operator and sales, they had no idea I was coming to see the car. Waited almost an hour for them to find it. Almost walked out but I stuck around and ended up buying the car. Gary was very professional and courteous. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the communication hiccup.
