did not end up buying here but sales persons were friendly. I did not find vehicle in my price range.
Had initial conversation with dealer rep ,they seemed to be having trouble with their phone lines,rep told me he would call me back from his cell phone and never did

Purchased my 2008 Honda pilot EXL with RES and couldn't be happier. Sam Ryan, my salesperson, was awesome!! I never felt pressured and he made buying this car a breeze. Then there is Nicole McNamee, my business manager. I've purchased many cars in the past and dealt with many business manager/FMI managers. Hands-down, the best in the business!!! Financing a vehicle can be a stressful situation. I left Burns Honda happy with my purchase thanks to Nicole. Burns Honda is VERY lucky to have Sam and call on their team!!!
Dealer internet department emailed us a confirmation that they received our inquiry and never followed up or called us back. We remembered why we walked away from a deal here 3 years ago: poor responsiveness and over pricing .
