TERRIBLE staff & ethics Waited an hour to pick up a script AFTER I waited 15 minutes at the window just to sign in because the staff were exchanging shopping tips to each other (the glass is see through and not sound-proof ladies!) They are always rushing me in and out, never want to pay attention to my concerns. Rudest staff I have ever met. location on 10th street in niagara falls.
