Started out as a decent experience, but everything changed once manager Matthew got involved. He looked us in the face and said he wasn’t going to “waste his time” going over numbers if we weren’t buying that day. Another manager, Antonio, came in, and somehow the experience still didn’t improve. We literally had to put our foot down just to get them to discuss actual numbers.
