First, I would like to say everyone that we encountered was friendly & ready to serve us. We were pleasantly greeted by about five staff members. Two of the five were Matt (the sales manager), and Antonio! We originally came to see Da’Sean but he politely handed us over to Antonio because he wanted to give his undivided attention to the customer that was present. License plate still has not come in the mail. Not stupid. It is the dealerships responsibility why my tag is not here not the DMV. I literally do not care. I was lied to and told it would be there Wednesday or the Thursday of last week. It did not come. Don’t call me the day after my temp tag expires and say it’s coming on a day(s) it’s not coming like what..
Brought our 2023 Tahoe in for transmission issues. Didn’t happen to be the issue at all. Dustin our service advisor was able to figure out the issue and we went on our way. 🤦♂️.
