Bruce was very thorough and helpful in showing me various options and ultimately a great recommendation, without the high sales pressure I've felt at other dealerships.
I was treated horribly at this dealership. I was talked to in a very condescending tone and questioned if my credit score was really as high as I said it was. They wanted to run a credit history before even discussing the vehicle with me. I drove to Charlotte and bought a brand new Audi and was treated with respect and great customer service. I would not recommend this dealership.
