If this is the place with Paul and Gene...then it’s horrible. Horrible service, they lose your information if you chose not to close a deal. They have my title and said I would receive it after New Years. It is now January 19 and still no title. I called them and kept getting “the person you need to talk to is in a meeting” took my info down several times. Poor, poor, POOR, customer service. They are out for a deal, not to make you happy, I will NEVER let anyone I know but a car from burns auto group.
These guys rock Johnny and Gene worked hard to get me in my New truck thanks to the whole team for all the help
