Bought a 370z from them with a convertible top. Top didn’t work the day I took it home. Took it back for them to fix it and they refused to fix it. When I got home I noticed bolts in my cup holder and my truck didn’t work anymore. Absolute horrible Service would not recommend to ANYONE to buy a car form these people

Terrible experience, bought a pick up truck that was from Canada....this info was never disclosed. The finance guy was a complete scum bag and sales guy was a complete shister. Learned my truck had a sketchy past when I tried to trade it in and was told that the odometer probably was not true due to being switched from kilometers to miles and that there wasn’t any info to verify the switch . great dealer and follow up
I would not recommend Burns Auto. I was interested in purchasing a car from them and spoke to Jarrod Dean he said he will check my credit and I asked him will it be a hard hit and he said don't worry it will be a soft check. My credit got a hard hit from it. So I feel very disappointed and deceived and cannot recommend this dealership as my credit score dropped because of them.
5 Stars Nothing but great things to say about Burns. Reasonable and down to Earth folks offering great vehicle choices. Relaxed; nothing pushy. Just real people that will work with you and get you on the road.
