I would not use Burnor Appraisal again. I had them appraise my mother's house. The appraisal found only one house sold a year ago, located 4 houses down the road to compare. He missed a house on the next street that sold 4 months ago. Then he compared houses in a town 6 miles away, which were not even close to do comparisons. His initial appraisal came in $2,000 more than the house down the street.
