This company installed a new roof which ended up being defective. That defective roof was replaced with a better quality shingle. Six months later a leak has left a large hole in the roof decking. After making multiple calls and leaving multiple messages, being told someone would be on it, and just getting nowhere, the owner called me and asked if I would be his policeman by letting him know if his employee didn’t contact me within 2 hours. Two hours later and the owner isn’t answering and has a full mailbox.

I would suggest using another company for your roof repair. The work done was shoddy and have called for weeks about roof warranty and have yet to receive a callback. Avoid this company at all cost. Several comp[anies in town are close in price and probably offer better service. Test it for yourself and call their phone number and leave a message and see how long it takes them to contact you.

We were very pleased with the level of customer service and professionalism that Burnette Roofing provided to us. After Hurricane Michael we attempted to obtain quotes from seven different roofing companies which all either didn't call back, never showed up, or never followed through. George went above and beyond to not only provide a fair quote but kept us informed and updated until the job was complete.
