I am horrified by the treatment I received from this local business. Could have cared less about me as a customer. I am a local business person myself and I have never treated any of my customers as poorly as I was treated by the front staff. Dawn and Aaron just lost my business.

We have been dealing at Burnett White Tire Pro's since the mid 90's. They treat us like family. I have farm tractors and commercial mowers. When I come in with a piece of equipment down, they drop what they are doing and get me back in service as quickly as they can. Over the years, I may have been able to beat their price, but never their service. It keeps me coming back! Though the faces on the front counter have changed over the years, their commitment to service has not.

I have been using Burnett White for several years and I can tell you Dawn knows her stuff! She is very professional and helpful each time I go. Even though they like to schedule appointments she works with you to get it done ASAP when you have an emergency, like I did with a flat tire!. Its nice to have a long standing family owned business in town that we can depend on. I highly recommend them.
