Hour and half wait for oil change and didn't check dash lights like suppose to
Ridiculous I have NEVER in my life! Dawn is the owner of this facility and she was VERY rude and disrespectful to me and my friend. For this to be a business, I do not believe there are suppose to be cats inside the facility, that is very unsanitary and unprofessional. Dawn refused to do work on my friends car and told us that the keys were in the car for us to leave. She did all of that because me and my friend were asking questions about prices and other things concerning the work we were trying to get done to the car. Bas... read more

Burnett White does not return our phone calls about tries we wanted to keep and also charged us a disposable fee for four tires

The folks at B-W Tire are awesome. No matter who I speak with over the phone or in person, they always listen! I've dealt with 5 different people there and each one of them is attentive and concerned about what the issue is. The crew picks up my car at my office so I don't have to coordinate schedules, and their prices are below others I've researched. Thank you for ALWAYS being there for me (and my co-workers who also use B-W Tire Pros)!!
Stopped in on a whim after a big name dealer gave me a run around on TPMS sensors and required valve stems. Vehicle taken back immediately fixed issue and was a quarter of the price big name dealer wanted. So impressed with family atmosphere and the complimentary lap dogs in the waiting room. Do not hesitate to come here outstanding shore family business second to none . Thank you Barnett-White For coming through in the clutch.
