After having a tire blow out, and being towed in minutes after they closed, an awesome employee stayed late to put my spare tire on and order a new tire. This is why I have always purchased my tires from Burnett White and will continue in the future.

Woke up with a flat tire this morning and thought my day was shot. Instead I'm actually 15 MINUTES EARLY to work!!! I was so worried about getting to work that the owner, Dawn, personally drove me so I didn't have to wait around for my car to be ready. The counter staff gave me up-front pricing, told me exactly what they were going to do, and promised to have my car ready so I can get it on my lunch break. Seriously, these are the best people!

Horrible service and overpriced! If you like paying too much for tires and poor service then this is the place for you! Even though they are an authorized dealer for Nitto tires they would not even attempt to honor the warranty on one of my tires and they insisted that I return it to the dealer that I purchased it from (300+ miles away). They claimed it was punctured without even touching the tire to look at it (evaluation from Delaware Tire Center proved otherwise).
