Burnett-White has been my number one tire pros for over 20 years. They have always taken care of all my needs. I would have to say today was by far the best I have ever felt walking away from any automotive business. Dawn and Mike and the rest of the team went above and beyond for me today. I dont feel that it was totally crazy on the service I received today but it was definitely worth the time to Wright this. Feeling robbed. Called for an alignment was told $75.00. Went in for the work. I was told I needed additional work and the alignment could not be done. Ok thats fine. That will be 48$. What? I was charged for diagnosis that I didn't ask for. I will not recommend and will not go back. I'll pay more to have someone else do it now. Thanks for the burned complimentary coffee. 48$ goes a long way in my house.

I can't say enough good things about Burnett-White. I drive...a lot. I go to auto service shops...a lot. And I can honestly say this place is the only one I don't dread walking into. Quick turn around, knowledgeable staff and outstanding customer service. 110% recommend.
The staff is like family to us. They have helped us in so many ways. They will treat you right and fair. You can always depend on their job being done professionally.
