better get insurance – My family used this place--until our unit was robbed. My boy scout troop used it, too, until its trailer was stolen. Both times, the manager told the victims, "I've been here 9 years, and we've never been robbed before."
Nice Place – This property has a cool sign reminiscent of its past as the Burnet Road Drive-In. Staff is very helpful and you can get a storage space just the size you need-and no elevators to deal with. I have been storing there for my business for several years and just took a space for me personally. Very pleased.
Clean and Well Run – The grounds are spotless and the office staff always friendly and helpful. I have stored there for several years and never had a problem there. I always refer people to them.
Not helpful – When trying to secure a space in their facility for both standard storage and vehicle storage, they would not take a reservation. I asked the representative if it was standard to simply show up with the moving truck and 'hope' for a space and he answered "pretty much." I took my business elsewhere.
Keeps the Austin spirit – I found the staff to be very helpful, and the property clean and well maintained. They keep the Austin spirit alive-its the site of the Burnet Road Drive in from 1953.
The Best In Austin – This is a an extremely large, locally owned and operated facility with very good service. The people are friendly and very accomodating. As a college student I have used several storage facilities and this one is by far the best. The prices are reasonable and well worth it. I highly recommend using them.
