The receptionist doesn't understand simple things. I have dental insurance. My husband and I pay for it every week. This office is the first generalist dentist listed by my insurance. They said 100% they are in network. The receptionist REFUSED TO USE MY INSURANCE. She wanted to bill me straight for all services even though I have insurance that I can use.
