I think if i had followed their instructions more closely i would have had more dramatic results. however i am still satisfied and would use them again.
Although every one knows that you can't lose weight as fast as you put it on, the people at Burn Fat Alaska make you feel as though you can achieve your goals. Its not easy by no means but it can be done. Even when you are at your worse and don't feel as though you can go on they are there to help. the people are great and very relaxing place to go.
this has been a wonderful life change for myself.. not only do you lose weight but you learn new healthily habits!! the diet is strict but you never get anything easy!! just remember no pain no gain!!
My experience with BFA has been completely positive, and truly a success story to-date. I can't say enough about how honest, helpful and encouraging the Doctor and staff are. Their plans work and I couldn't be happier. Those who complain, I have found, are those who are not honest with themselves and did not follow the plan as outlined and/or missed appointments. Unfortunately these are the ones who speak out the most. I also have quite a few friends that have had great results and are healthier and happier for it.
