I am a fit and active person (work out 4-5 times a week, run half marathons, etc.) but have always had the midsection as a trouble region since I was a child. the program worked for me. although it wasn't very much every little bit helps. it is very expensive and aside from that I'd try it again.

i wasn't sure this process would work for me but it did. I didn't expect to lose anything at all but time. It worked, it was minimal but it worked and everyone was so nice and attentive. It is expensive and it does have dieting limitations but hey whatever works right?

I went in very skeptical of what the results would be. I personally have a hard time controlling what I eat, but the diet isn't that strict. I was very happy with the service. The staff is very nice and make you feel right at home. I lost a total of 8in in 3 weeks. I absolutely recommend this for anyone with a little excess weight in an unwanted area. It works!!
