Everyone there is professional and courteous. I noticed a difference my first session. Would recommend to anyone looking for something to help them jump start their weight loss.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had just had surgery on my foot and I still lost 1.25 inches in 3 quick sessions, that only took 20 min. each. I just would love to attend more sessions, but it was a little out of my price range.

Its a very comfortable environment, the staff is tons of fun and you can tell that they enjoy their jobs here. Well informed, and helpful. Excited to help get a jumpstart to help me meet my goal of losing inches and weight. I love the whole body vibration machine because it helps me out also.
