I've been to all the major BBQ regions and they are serving up top notch BBQ here. Only fault was they ran out of potato salad before noon. The person who recommended this place told me to try the potato salad specifically.
Do not leave Tulsa without visiting Burn Co. Get there early. Worth the wait.

Got there 30 minutes before they closed and got the refugee plate. It had every meat that they had left. It was awesome and great price. Will definitely be back.
Let's talk about legit BBQ. You want a combination of quality meats, penetrating smoke, and proper attention to time and temperature. This place has all of the above in spades. Not only is every meat and side well crafted, but the staff preparing it is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. As a well traveled Texan, I've enjoyed my fair share of pork and beef BBQ, and these folks make some of the best. If you find yourself in Tulsa, do yourself a favor and check this place out.
