I'm used to great KC BBQ, so I've kind of put off trying Burnco because I didn't think it could possibly be as good as the KC standard. I was wrong. My son in law, amongst others, convinced me to go and give it a try. We ordered the ribs, mac and cheese, and grilled potato salad. The ribs were perfect, and the smoky mac and cheese was like no other. Delicious! The grilled "potato salad " was grilled potatoes with I believe was onions and peppers, with some smokiness. It was good too. Burnco did not disappoint!
Excellent chopped brisket, very good pulled pork and the sausage is fantastic. The ribs weren't bad either, a little dry but as we got the last rack before them being sold out I'll let that slide. Bonus points for fresh, tangy, mixed cabbage slaw. This Swedish BBQ nut and competition judge was more than happy and will be coming back next time I'm in Tulsa!
We are a big BBQ fan and so we have eaten a lot of it, this place is by the best we have ever eaten! The mac and cheese is to die for!!
