Delicious chopped brisket sandwich and mouth watering ribs. Be prepared for a line but oh so worth the short wait...
Visited Burn Co BBQ on the advice of a friend. Was sure to be there early - arrived 5 minutes after it opened and the line was to the door. By 11:15 the line was out the door. The buzz around and about this place is well-deserved. Had the sliced brisket which was tender with just a little pull required to separate bites. Also had the smoked Mac-n-cheese. This is another item well-worth the price. I smoke my own Mac-n-cheese and Burn Co’s was just as good as what I make.
Several years ago did a Texas Hill Country BBQ tour (Coopers @ Llano, City Market @ Luling, etc,). It was good...but not as good as BurnCo.
It was good. Melts in your mouth not in your hand....lol. Bar manager was EXTREMELY accommodating! Would go again.
Great BBQ, staff was excellent! Fun atmosphere.
loved the ribs and the macaroni and cheese. Which they were totally out of by 1pm. Get there early. I was blessed to get the last serving of it.
