One independent shop would not touch our 2003 Highlander and a second shop basically gave up.It had a engine misfire and cam sensor faults. Burlington Toyota took it without hesitation and had it solved in 1 day.They got the part the second day and it was fixed.Properly !! It drives like a new truck ! Thanks you and we will be back !! Excellent, quick, and "no-BS" recall service for my RAV4. This location is where you want your Toyota service done. Very professional and courteous staff, offered me a ride home and back for my convenience, with the appointment projected to take longer than an hour (the garage was particularly busy). I declined, and treated myself to some tea and a comfortable seat in their spacious showroom.
