I cannot say enough about the wonderful service staff. I got a flat tire nearby on the road and was barely able to drive my car to the Toyota service shop. It was at the end of their service hours, right as they were closing up, so I would have understood if they couldn’t help. Excellent service......my truck wouldn't start due to cold weather....service advisor hooked me up with an appointment that same day and i was in and out in and out within an hour.....
Excellent as always. We called on a very cold Monday morning with a "no heat" issue. Phil told us to bring it right in and he took care of the problem within an hour. Even without an appointment. Phil, Adam, Matt and everyone provide top notch service EVERY SINGLE TIME. We go out of our way to go to BT because they are the best.
From the very beginning even before 9am, Maddie returned my phone call knowing the facts I had given through the voicemail. The customer service was above and beyond even offered a lift back to the hotel. And later one, they called me back and offered me a ride to the Toronto Airport. They are very kind and understanding to the situation. I wish we have more of this in the US. I appreciate the kindness. 😊
