Anyone needing anything to do with tires, I HIGHLY recommend coming to Discount Tire in Maple Grove!!! This morning on my way home from dropping weylynn (my one year old daughter) off at daycare my tire went flat out of the blue. Thankfully I was right next to Discount Tire and came here! Super busy but got me in and out under an hour. Tire rotation and low air pressure light resolved!
Appointments aren’t always exact, a previous time they accidentally pulled the wrong vehicle in place of mine and I sat for almost 3 hours, but great service none-the-less, they apologized and made it right, every time since this incident has been nothing but spectacular, make sure you have time set aside when coming here but know you’ll be in good hands
Free tire repair is a bait and switch. I was conned by an associate of this location. A simple tire repair turned into a $300 tire replacement when they refused to repair the tire after they removed it. The associate lied to me on two occasions about the soundness of my tire.
Got home yesterday and realized I had a screw in my tire. My husband called and you guys worked me in even though you were so busy!! I highly recommend Discount Tire Gallatin!
Went this morning and got new tires for our GMC truck and the staff was so awesome. They got us in and out in about hour and half. The gentleman that put our tires on shine them up. We highly recommend them for your tire service. Thank you all for your awesome service. You have a long time customer.
