Discount tire has the best customer service! I went in with a low tire. Ruben said it was too worn and couldn't be fixed. I have no money till Friday, so I told them to put the old one back on and I'll be back then. They put a NEW one on so I'd be safe and told me to come back Friday to pay for it. Never have I had that happen. I'm very touched by the care they give to their customers!

I’m done with this store. The employees at this location are an embarrassment to your corporation. I’ve had nothing but issues since the new manager took over this store. Poorly trained employees that shouldn’t be in the tire business. Sadly I left this location and went to Walmart and had no issues. WALMART! Maybe you should send the staff from this store to Walmart learn customer service and tire knowledge. Pathetic…
Great customer service, in and out in an hour.
I have used this store many times before and they did well. Today I come in at 10am to get four tires mounted and balanced. They did have a few people in there and I was informed that it would be done at Noon. It is currently 12:26 and my truck is still in the parking lot. I have seen at least 7 people walk in and have work done since I have been here. This is completely unacceptable. The work I am paying for is simple work. I will not use this discount tire in Belton Missouri again.
