Had great experiences with these guys up until today. I called on two days ago asking about tires. They were able to pull my info up on the computer, and saw I was a repeat customer, having bought tires for two different vehicles from them. They then quoted me a good price and assured me they had the tires in stock in my size. All I had to do was pop on over and get them put on. Sounded great. It's no fun to deal with tires issues on a day off from work (especially night shifts); however, I called Discount Tire and spoke to Jim when I discovered 2 flats. He was courteous and informative. Since I only have 1 spare, my car was towed. Jim assured me that they would wait for me and that it would take @ 30 minutes. Des, Vanh, and Jim were all exceptional guys, and I appreciated it!

I had a FLAT tire in the Best Buy parking lot. I couldn't even drive it across the parking lot to their shop. Even though it was pouring rain, Tom from the shop came over, and put my spare on for me....FOR FREE. I went over to the shop to get a little air in the spare tire he had put on for me, but left with 4 new tires at a great price. It was even 5 minutes to their closing time when I decided to buy, but they teamed up, put on my new tires, and were just as kind as they could be. Very nice, helpful, & knowledgable staff. Appreciated that they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, because I really wouldn't have known. They pulled a nail out of my tire & patched it at no charge. Will be going back when I need tires.

First time going to discount tires paid over $700 tires everything was great no complaints and then go back about two months spend another $500 but then They didn't have two of the tires I need it they told me they were going to be there 2 to 3 days I was cool with it and tires were never delivered they say come back Saturday went back Saturday still no tires they say come back at 3pm they should be here on the truck and still not there go back on Monday tires are still not there they say come back tomorrow now the tires are... read more
I had my first experience at Discount Tire yesterday. I was treated so nice. The manager was open and honest. He helped me to get tires that suited my needs. He also gave me the best deal he could. The service was fast and efficient. I loved it.
All around awesome service. The employees were very friendly and you're always welcomed with a smile.
