We recently purchased a previously owned Nissan Rogue from Burlington Nissan. We were treated with the upmost professionalism by both Sam Pozder (salesman) and Dwayne Cook (Business manager) from the minute we entered the lot, to the minute of purchase. I purchased a Nissan Versa Note from Burlington Nissan. Initially, the staff seemed professional, but my experience quickly deteriorated when my vehicle suffered a CVT transmission failure just under two years into a five-year lease, while I still owed money on the car. I brought the vehicle to Burlington Nissan while it was still drivable, though it was obvious the transmission was close to failure. Poor customer service The reps in service seem bothered when asked for assistance and are not friendly I’ve come here 3 times and 2 out of the 3 were negative experiences, so I don’t think I’ll be back
