Avoid. I’ve had two experiences with this dealership now that have left a bad taste in my mouth. First one was about 12 months ago, my 2020 Pathfinder needed new tires. It’s the Rock Creek version so the tire size is a little unique. I ordered them ahead of time, was called to say the tires were in the shop, and so my wife went to go get them installed. My husband and I cannot say enough about what a terrible experience this has been. We purchased a mini-van from them not even a year ago now. We test drove it and the sign said "loaded" "rear ac"! Hotter than heck on the test drive. We told them and they said they would fix it. I said don't just charge it up with freon - fix it. "Absolutely". I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this dealership, and after multiple bad experiences, I will not be returning. I have been servicing my Nissan at dealerships for years. This was my seventh regular maintaince overall, including previous visits in Nova Scotia and multiple visits here in Ontario.
