They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, but I didn't need a reminder

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They could have definitely been more gentle while they were cleaning my teeth. It wasn't too terrible, but I definitely wasn't comfortable. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
