Ms. In my review, I am speaking of her receptionist husband Loren. I had not been to see Dr. Terese-Koch for a couple of years because I did not have dental coverage. Since I could no longer be turned down for health insurance for pre-existing conditions (Obama Care), I was able to finally get dental insurance. When I called the office, the receptionist was having trouble finding me in the system, and soon Loren came on the phone. He proceeded to tell me that I had an outstanding balance of $93.00. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Would you recommend this dentist to others? Yes

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! No Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Did this dentist answer all of your questions?
