worst store ever The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to return some item with a receipt. My bankcard was close ask if I could just get cash for my return, first clerk stated there is not a button on register to give me cash and I would have to have gift. Then spoke to manager lilian that approve cash. tried to refund but still could not fine it on register. I was in store for 45Min and still could not get refund with a receipt in hand.
huge store with lots of clothing at a good price Burlington Coat Factory has tons of clothes, shoes, and accessories for men, women, kids, babies, and for the home. I love their shoes and they are really cheap for their quality of products. They have okay service, the workers were friendly. They have everything! You will not be disappointed in the store. They have a huge parking lot so parking is no trouble. I recommend this store to everyone, it's a great bargain in there. Be sure to look at their shoes! They got cute cloth... read more
Nice dresse's Love the wide variety of clothes. Prices for the most part are ok but not the best. I was able to find 3 nice matching dresses for my girls for Easter at a good price.
