Talk about above and beyond! Carole is the most responsive, respectful, down to earth, honest, caring, and helpful agent I know. We were out of town just as we were about to list our house and without hesitation, Carole volunteered to help manage the various contractors at our property to make sure we didn't lose time. Leah was fantastic. The rental market was very competitive and she still helped us find a great place, get in to see it quickly, and submit the application the next day. The apartment had exactly what we were looking for and was within our budget. There were others interested in renting it as well and she was diligent about following up on our application and advocating on our behalf.
