Working with Leah on a tough second listing on a house that did not want to be sold, she did all the right things to get our property sold as quickly as possible. The neighborhood in which our property was located turned out to be very difficult for sales, especially in the middle of summer. Leah did a great job of presenting the positive aspects of the real estate, and was able to get our property sold within a very reasonable range of our listing price. I would definitely work with Leah if given the chance again!
When we contacted Jeff, we were fresh off of using another realtor from a larger group, who didn't give us very personalized service. With the other realtor, we felt a bit neglected and as if we were one of too many to handle. With Jeff, we found a completely different experience. Leah was amazing and made this my first purchasing experience a breeze. From keeping me up to date up to the point of signing the paper work to informing me of matters I knew nothing about since it was my first time buying. She was wonderful through it all. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone as well as be using her once again.
Leah was the best! She was super helpful providing information on the neighborhood and upcoming trends, and it was also great having her perspective on the different units we looked at. She encouraged me to go with my gut and what I really liked, which was always helpful to hear while making a difficult and important decision. She also came up with creative and effective negotiating tactics when I found the unit I really wanted, which helped expedite the process. I would highly recommend that anyone work with Leah!
Amy impressed me from the start. She can look at the ductwork, plumbing, etc. in a house, and give you information about how it works, if it looks good, etc. She also has suggestions for lawyers, service professionals (should you need them), and these folks also were at the top of their game. Add to that her knowledge of the area, her quick responses, her good humor and easy laugh, and her real concern that you find the home of your dreams, and you have a realtor you can count on and work with.
