Highly professional, experienced and great people!
Mark and Elisabeth showed the highest professionalism and most human compassion today. An international student of mine had a painful dental emergency and I contacted Mark for help. Not only did Mark examine my student immediately on the day when the office was closed for inclement weather, he then went back to pick up Elisabeth to help in an emergency procedure. And then, seeing that my student had problems calling Uber on an icy day, they gave her a ride home across town! Thank you, Elisabeth and Mark!
It was a tough sell getting my three kids (10, 8 and 6) to agree to see my dentist instead of their beloved pediatric dentist. Well, we just left Burlingame Dental Arts with three smiling, happy and cavity-free kids. They all declared Dr. Ben to be the bomb(dot)com and have all agreed to switch to this office permanently. I'm so impressed with this office...I can't even believe it.
