Had a plumbing/heating issue this morning, Kenny Burleson took time to research and call to solve my problem. He could have sold me a new water heater but let me know that one I had would work for my situation. Don't see many business owners doing that! Also Tim, an employee, was very helpful working with my plumber. Both men were examples of home-town customer service. YOU are a name here, not a number. GOD bless their business.
