This company has broken the law and contacted my extended family and called me a 'deadbeat' over a payment dispute. Now they are harassing my place of business to attempt to collect a bill that I am refusing to pay because they flooded my basement and didn't return calls to fix it. This company is completely incompetent and will not reconcile problems within the confines of the law.
We have lived here 20 years and the staff at Burleson's Plumbing and Heating has been a life line to us so many times--like today, yet again. I never wonder or worry that we will have problems that need re-fixing--everything, big and small, it always fixed quickly and efficiently. We needed a new heat source when oil got so high and they installed our Mitshubishi split system heat pump--it has almost paid for itself in the money we have saved buy not buying oil over the years. Thanks to the folks at Burleson Plumbing and Heating. We now have a new furnace in our home. It works great. It was installed in a timely manner by very knowledgeable installers for a fair price. Very well pleased.

These guys are the best! We had a broken shower and made an appointment for repair. Being new customers, we made a small deposit to open an account. We expected there would be additional charges, but instead we got a refund of part of our deposit! We trust them to fair, honest and the quality of their work is top-notch!
