EDITED: I had such a great experience at Burleson Pediatrics the 2 times I went. I will leave the review of my appt below. However, TWO MONTHS after my appointment and paying in full I get a nearly $500 extra bill out of blue! I call up to the office && speak the rudest lady who says “you knew how much is was”. Mind you my daughter was scheduled for 2 appts and she did good so it changed to one. So I paid in full. The staff here are great! From the moment we walked in we were greeted very kindly by the front staff. Thank you to the dental assistant (I don’t remember her name, I’m sorry!) for being so patient with my son when we were getting his weight. Thank you to Nellie RDH for answering all of our questions, and Dr. Cain for having so much patience with my crying son. Highly recommend this office.
