My oldest child went to the dentist for over 12 years. The dentist were very personable and connected during this time. We typically saw the same dentist unless there was a conflict of schedules. Now, every time I have to come in during a “non regular” visit and have to interact mostly with the dentist and not hygienist, I feel so dismissed and like my concerns aren’t valid or I’m being annoying with my concerns.
