After having a poor experience with our first A/C system maintenance checkup, Burkholder's reached out and sent Dave out to address our concerns. What a difference from our first appointment. Dave is experienced and came prepared to give our A/C a thorough check up. He looked at and checked everything just like we expected. He came with a tool bag and a bottle which he filled with hot water to flush the drain and addressed the condensation mark we saw in our drip pan. Two units service rep was professional and courteous. Will be Burkholders customer for years to come. Two Air condition units installed and it is very good, so far.
John, our service tech was knowledgeable and professional. He gave good advice and was efficient in his work.
The technician was very patient, friendly, and explained everything that he was doing. Only negative is that the service contract does not cover the system filters.
Andy & Jose were great at the installation of my new Geothermal Heat Pump. Very timely & professional employees! Sales & Office employees were great as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend Burkholder's HVAC!
