Our private practice have been partnering with Burkhart Supply since beginning of 2021. With rising cost of dental supply, our supply percentage has been steady and the savings have been great! We have also been working with the Practice Support team regarding restructuring our front desk over the last year. It's been a great success onboarding new team members. We'd recommend Burkhart to every dentist!
I had a recent ordeal with some repair work that was done without my approval. It's taken some time, but it looks like in the end they are being reasonable about the bill associated with the work. No complaints about their technicians. Greg in particular is great.

Very shady business practices. I had arranged to get operatory chairs reupholstered through another provider, but Burkhart got wind of this, and took it upon themselves to do the reupholstery work. They did not even send me an estimate beforehand, and their price was over a thousand dollars more expensive than the other place. I paid them the amount that I had agreed on with the other company (gave them a copy of the estimate), and now they are charging me finance charges on the difference, which I won't pay.
